Flatten PDF forms and annotations into permanent content
Lock filled PDF form fields into the page so they can no longer be edited. Everything the form contains stays visible exactly as it was filled in.
Flatten a filled form before sending it back, so the recipient sees your answers as fixed content and can't accidentally change them. Flattening can also reduce file size slightly.
Once flattened, the fields are gone — the form can no longer be filled again. Keep the original fillable file if you might need it.
Files are processed entirely in your browser — nothing is uploaded to a server.
